The primary job role for the Flex Team Representative will be to support the facilities on-site by covering open shifts/positions left vacant by associate termination, medical leave, PTO, HFWA and other associate time off needs. As staffing needs will vary, the associate will need to be able adjust and accommodate a flexible schedule and travel to hospital locations within the hired region, to support the facility registration departments.This position is based in Durango region. All Flex team members are required to work at two or more hospital locations.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D., required.
- One (1) year previous Patient Scheduling or Patient Access experience, preferred.
- Office experience in a healthcare environment, medical terminology, knowledge of CPT/ICD-9 codes,
preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritization skills.
Physical Requirements: Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly.
