The sole responsibility to evaluate the credibility of employers, job seekers, agencies, or consultants lies with you. Proper due diligence must be exercised before initiating any engagement or communication. You agree to bear all risks that come with interacting with other Users. Any disagreements or conflicts must be resolved independently between you and the other party. By accepting these terms, you release Risevoic, including its officers, staff, affiliates, and agents, from all liabilities, losses, or damages direct or indirect, known or unknown, consequential or otherwise as permitted by applicable law.
