YOU Inc. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Coordinator to lead the Bruce Wells Scholars Program (BWSP). The Program Coordinator will oversee a team of staff, including full-time and part-time advisors, and manage the comprehensive support services for up to 60 low-income, first-generation high school students. This role will focus on providing personal, academic, career, and financial counseling, coordinating internship and community service opportunities, and ensuring the success of students in the program.
As the Program Coordinator, you will work closely with the College Access Director to ensure the program's effectiveness, provide monthly reporting, and manage budgets. You will also take part in program planning, staff supervision, and facilitating leadership and college access trips for students. Evening and weekend hours may be required for special events.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the BWSP staff, ensuring effective counseling and program delivery.
- Provide individualized and group advising sessions to support students’ academic, career, and personal goals.
- Coordinate community service opportunities, college awareness activities, and internship programs.
- Lead the planning and execution of student leadership trips and team-building activities.
- Monitor student progress, including grades, attendance, and graduation requirements.
- Ensure timely communication with students, parents, and guidance counselors regarding student issues.
- Collaborate with the College Access Director to ensure the success and quality of both college access programs (BWSP and Upward Bound).
- Represent YOU Inc./Seven Hills in the community at events and as a liaison to external partners.
- Conduct monthly staff meetings and program planning sessions, ensuring the program stays on track with its objectives.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for special events and trips.
- Willingness to lead overnight trips, including summer leadership retreats and college access tours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0–3 years of related experience in academic support or youth mentoring.
- Standard driver’s license (Class C or D).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
