Responsibilities

  • Team Building: Foster a collaborative environment, providing coaching, feedback, and resolving employee concerns effectively.

  • Quality Assurance: Uphold and exceed Brand standards, ensuring a consistently high-quality guest experience.

  • Financial Management: Oversee sales initiatives, labor, and food costs, contributing to the restaurant’s profitability.
  • Action Planning: Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO/ 21 years of age for all other states
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Access to a car or other motorized vehicle.
  • Auto insurance on the vehicle and listed as an insured driver on the policy
  • Flexibility Master: Ready to work various shifts and days, adapting to our dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English with basic math prowess – you're comfortable with numbers!
  • Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Eager to learn, especially if you're in Tennessee and ready to master Topshelf Manager Training.
