Job Summary and Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Responsible for the development and maintenance of all work schedules. Daily posting of all schedule-related activities. Correlation of daily staffing assignments. Preparation of management reports. Data input to the Nursing Productivity/Staffer System. Preparation of invoices for payment for agency staff.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years staffing office experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent technical training
Special Skills
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal relations skills
- Ability to complie statistics and to maintain accurate and complete records and reports
- Previous Staffing/Time Management System expereince
- Must have the ability to read write and speak English
