What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Staffing Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines. You will coordinate scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services, plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents, distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility, and ensure the staffing meets state and federal regulations.

- Must have active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
