Position Summary
The Backstage Catering Attendant provides efficient, friendly catering services to high profile clientele in a fast paced performing arts environment.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $18 to $20.
Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.

Responsibilities
- Performs set up and breakdown procedures in backstage catering areas, green rooms and dressing rooms.
- Reads and understands information provided in BEO's, can communicate needs to culinary team.
- Has a professional demenor while working alongside high profile idustury clientele.
- Follows instructions carefully per artist rider and stocks locations as requested.
- Observes guests and anticipates food & beverage needs, completes all steps of service as assigned.
- Provides highest quaility service to guests while communicating in a clear and concise manner.
- Performs proper table maintenance and buses tables when necessary.
- Maintains clean and stocked stations and completes all side work in a timely and satisfactory manner to ensure a clean, organized work area with adequate supply level.
- Complies with safe alcohol and food service policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in catering, food service, hospitality, or related industry
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with the tours and team members
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a physically demanding, fast paced environment
- Must maintain excellent attendance
- Must be available to work early mornings, late evenings, & holidays per business need.
- Must have reliable transportation to work location
- Must have a High School Diploma, G.E.D.
Ability to acquire and maintain a valid Health Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification.
