Job Summary
Reporting to: Office Manager
Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient and organized daily operations of a fast-paced medical office.
- Oversee the front desk staff and functions, ensuring that staff attends to the needs of the patients.
- Maintain multiple clinician and employee schedules
- Audit staff timesheets prior to payroll submission
- Monitor center activity and patient flow to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Ensure compliance with policies and protocols. Responsible for compliance in all areas including HR, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.
- Interact with staff and patients and manage all feedback in a timely manner, including investigate and resolve patient and staff complaints, referring issues to others as needed.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Office Manager
Qualifications
- Demonstrates ability to learn new things in stated time-frame
- Motivational in a positive team environment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Leadership
- Associates Degree or Higher (Business Administration, Medical Management etc.)
- At least 2 years of Healthcare management experience in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (E-ClinicalWorks Preferred) and Medical Terminology.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
