Responsibilities
As a Chief Executive Officer leading one of our facilities, you'll be responsible for:
- Overall day to day hospital operations of the hospital as well as the strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination and control of activity within patient care, clinical and clinical support service areas.
- Working collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.
- Planing and directing the short and long range objectives/goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals.
- Ensuring synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals.
- Attracting, training, developing, and retaining talent to ensure business needs are met.
- Driving and building revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and policies.
- Communicating key information to respective stakeholders.

Pay Transparency
Prime Healthcare Management Inc. offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $270,000.00 to $300,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
