Responsibilities
The Chief Executive officer is responsible for the overall day to day hospital operations of the hospital as well as the strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination and control of activity within patient care, clinical and clinical support service areas. Works collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner. Plans and directs the short and long range objectives/goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals. Ensures synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals. Attracts, trains, develops, and retains talent to ensure business needs are met. Drives and builds revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance. Communicates key information to respective stakeholders. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and policies.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field.
2. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration
3. Proficiency in computer operations including word processing
4. Demonstrates community commitment
5. Ability to lead at all levels of management
6. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
