Job Description
Omni Hilton Head is seeking a Loss Prevention/Security Officer who plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for our guests and associates. This key position supports the overall security of the resort by upholding hotel policies, responding professionally to situations as they arise, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation of incidents and accidents. This is an opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to protecting the well-being and experience of everyone who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
Observe, monitor, and accurately report on all assigned areas and activities.
Maintain clear and precise documentation, and communicate effectively using radio equipment.
Identify, record, and report any unsafe conditions while patrolling all areas of the hotel property.
Safeguard and preserve hotel, guest, and associate property at all times.
Demonstrate a professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor in every interaction.
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Qualifications
Previous security experience preferred, with a strong commitment to safety and service.
Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support the needs of the resort.
