Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding career within a fast-paced and dynamic team? We’re growing and actively seeking a dedicated Lead HVAC/R Coordinator to join our team! If you have hands-on experience in refrigeration, HVAC, and maintenance services, we want you to bring your skills to our expanding operations.
As a Lead HVAC/R Coordinator, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining, repairing, and optimizing refrigeration and HVAC systems across multiple store locations. This position involves performing periodic maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing rack refrigeration systems, as well as HVAC equipment. In addition to these core technical duties, you will be tasked with ordering refrigerant and tracking its usage.
Alongside routine repairs and maintenance duties, you will evaluate proposals and work orders via the ServiceChannel platform, offering informed recommendations on pricing and ordering necessary parts. This role also involves traveling to multiple locations throughout the Denver Metro and possibly out-of-state areas to conduct critical repair and maintenance work along with online/remote adjustments of refrigeration equipment.
