Searching for a dynamic Executive Assistant who will directly support a Senior Vice President and assist in general with the senior leadership team. To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality, be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance.
The Executive Assistant position will serve the Executive Vice President of Metals Recycling and Aluminum.
Responsibilities
• Act as the point of contact among senior executives and other employees, as well as with people outside the company.• Manage calendars, schedule, and coordinate meetings.• Screen and direct phone calls.• Serve as an event planner for large events.• Arrange travel.• Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other confidential documents.• File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and prepare and/or proof confidential documents and presentations.• Organize materials for internal and external purposes.• Provide general administrative assistance.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.• Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality.• Possess an in-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite.• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.• Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
