Position Overview:As a Dental PracticeManager you will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless employee and patient relations while driving operational efficiency. The role is responsible for managing office profit and loss, including scheduling, staff productivity, collections, receivables, and expense management. Additionally, you will support business growth through sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead office personnel, streamline workflows, and oversees essential administrative functions such as financial reporting, payroll, and banking to maintain a well-organized and high-performing practice.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure office efficiency, compliance, and a high standard of patient care.
- Supervise and support patient coordinators, dental assistants, hygienists, and treatment coordinators to maintain smooth workflows.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and front-office operations to optimize productivity and patient experience.
- Support dentists and staff with treatment planning, billing, and insurance processes while ensuring accurate financial transactions.
- Monitor office finances, including expense management, invoice submission, collections, and receivables, to maintain profitability.
- Maintain office inventory by overseeing supplies, equipment, and facility cleanliness for an organized and professional environment.
- Lead hiring, training, and staff development while addressing patient and employee concerns professionally to foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience within dental setting.
- Experience working in a dental or medical office is required.
- Experience in insurance processes and billing is a must.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to work independently in fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and practice management software.
- Strong attention to detail, compliance, and confidentiality in handling patient records and office operations.
