As the Shift Manager, you will lead people, ensure outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales, and control costs for the restaurant.

Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world-class operation
Sales and Product
Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegate duties to team members
Support production as needed
Support local store marketing and promotions
Leadership
Open and close shifts without supervision
Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe
Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise
Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts
Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures
