Position Summary
The VIP Busser supports VIP Servers and bartenders by maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked VIP areas during the music festival. This role is essential in creating a seamless and enjoyable guest experience by ensuring VIP sections are tidy and service runs smoothly.
This is a seasonal role from September 1, 2025 and will end on January 1, 2026.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00 and is tip eligible
This position will remain open until January 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Clear tables, remove glassware, and reset seating areas promptly in VIP sections
- Assist servers and bartenders by restocking supplies (ice, glassware, garnishes, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of VIP areas throughout the event
- Support staff during busy service periods to ensure fast turnaround
- Remove trash and recyclables from service areas
- Anticipate needs of servers and bartenders to keep operations smooth
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management or lead staff
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or event experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
