Position Summary
The Presentation Runner supports the smooth execution of live performances and presentations during the music festival. This role ensures that artists, presenters, and production teams have all necessary materials, equipment, and on-stage support to deliver a seamless performance.
This is a seasonal role from September 9, 2025 and will end on January 9, 2026.
This role pays an daily rate of $350.00
This position will remain open until January 9, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Assist artists, presenters, and production staff with setup and logistics before and during performances.
- Transport and distribute materials, props, scripts, or equipment as needed.
- Ensure stages, backstage areas, and presentation zones are clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Communicate timing and cues between stage managers, performers, and production teams.
- Support the setup and breakdown of stage equipment, props, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with stagehands, AV teams, and event operations to resolve any issues quickly.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling artist or performer requests.
- Assist with any last-minute changes to schedules or performance requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in live events, stage management, or production support preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment or materials as required.
- Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and event days.
- Knowledge of stage and AV equipment is a plus.
