Position Summary
The Promoter is responsible for marketing, driving ticket sales, and increasing awareness of the music festival. This role builds relationships with potential attendees, local communities, sponsors, and partners to maximize attendance and engagement.
This is a seasonal role from September 9, 2025 and will end on January 9, 2026.
This role pays an daily rate of $1,250.00
This position will remain open until January 9, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Promote the festival through social media, email campaigns, local partnerships, and community outreach.
- Distribute promotional materials, coordinate advertising efforts, and participate in on-site marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, vendors, and community organizations to increase festival visibility.
- Collaborate with the ticketing team to track sales performance and optimize marketing strategies.
- Represent the festival at local events, businesses, or media appearances.
- Engage with festival attendees, answer questions, and encourage ticket purchases.
- Monitor and report on promotional campaign effectiveness and attendance metrics.
- Provide feedback to management on marketing opportunities and audience trends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in marketing, event promotion, or sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, advertising strategies, and local community networks.
- Comfortable interacting with the public and presenting in group or one-on-one settings.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and event days.
