Position Summary
The Cocktail Server provides exceptional guest service by taking drink orders, delivering beverages, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a seasonal role from September 1, 2025 and will end on January 1, 2026.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00 and is tip eligible
This position will remain open until January 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- Take and deliver beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate
- Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverage offerings
- Ensure all orders are served in compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking as needed
Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume setting
- Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
