Position Summary
The VIP Food Runner ensures accurate and timely delivery of food orders to guests in VIP areas during the music festival. This role supports servers and kitchen staff while helping maintain an exceptional dining experience for VIP guests.
This is a seasonal role from September 1, 2025 and will end on January 1, 2026.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $12.00 and is tip eligible
This position will remain open until January 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to VIP sections
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Maintain food presentation standards during delivery
- Assist in organizing and expediting food orders
- Ensure VIP dining areas remain clean and stocked
- Provide excellent customer service and support to guests as needed
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and restocking during the event
Qualifications
- Previous food service or event experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional, guest-focused attitude
