Overview
The Education Supervisor Supervises Aid/Behavioral Counselor I (ABC I), Aide/Behavioral Counselor II (ABC II), Education Campus Support, and Aide/Behavioral Counselor III (ABC III), and under the director of the Assistant Education Director oversees the operation of the campus during the education hours.
Pay Rate: $24.48 Hourly

Responsibilities
- Documents direct care staff attendance and use of overtime
- Oversees documentation and circulation of progressive discipline, performance evaluations and other staff concerns for assigned staff
- Ensures required daily paperwork and documentation is completed by appropriate staff.
- Calculates data as required for various studies, surveys, and/or research as part of team or campus needs.
- Completes required supervisory paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensures all documentation relevant to CPI is completed accurately and thoroughly by the close of each shift.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree and One year’s experience in human services; or
- Associate’s Degree with 2 years of experience in human services; or
- four years of experience in human services with a minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
- Special training or specific skills; student intern experience or volunteer work may be credited toward experience.
- Requires a current valid driver’s license from state of residence.
