Responsibilities
Reporting under the Corporate Finance Manager – Revenue & Reporting, this position will be a key team member. The Financial Analyst Lead will work on various projects, ad hoc request, and monthly/quarterly/annual reviews and analysis around revenue cycle and financial reporting. The Financial Analyst Lead will lead some projects, which requires the supervision of Revenue Analyst(s) and/or the offshore team. The Financial Analyst Lead will also work with those outside Corporate Finance, including hospital Controllers and CFOs, Legal, Managed Care, and Health Plan Operations.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of equivalent experience in Business Administration with emphasis on Accounting.2. Strong communication skills and an attitude to challenge the status quo.3. Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare financial statements and models.4. Strong Excel skills (v-lookups, sumif, sumproduct, indirect, etc.)
Preferred qualifications:
1. 5 years of revenue cycle analytical experience with hospital systems.2. 5 years of Big 4 experience (PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), EY (Ernst & Young), Deloitte, or KPMG) 3. Certified Public Accountant 4. Audit experience preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $77,812.80 to $116,708.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
