Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an Educator RN, you will lead the development and delivery of nursing and clinical education programs across our organization, supporting both foundational and advanced practice. Your role is vital in promoting professional growth and ensuring high care standards.
Every day you will plan, conduct, and evaluate diverse educational initiatives, orientations, and trainings for clinical staff. You'll collaborate with leadership and regional teams to enhance patient care quality and cost-effectiveness through strategic educational support.
To be successful, you will demonstrate strong instructional design, delivery skills, and expertise in patient care and adult learning. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and critical thinking are essential to align educational strategies with organizational goals.
- Manage the educational and competency needs for the facility
- Promotes an environment that supports patient/family participation in infection prevention (hand hygiene, isolation precautions, etc.)
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in defining problems, selecting solutions, and identifying resources
