What You'll Be Doing
Under the Senior Coordinator’s supervision, the Prevention Coordinator creates and Implements the Hudson County Community Action Plan; serves as county representative for the New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault committee on sexual violence prevention.
- Coordinates scheduling for the program
- Manages inventory of supplies
- Tracks and monitors program activities
- Provides services to clients as needed and receives appropriate supervision and training from supervisor
- Maintains facility, personnel files, manuals, and safety of equipment to the Joint Commission standards
- Prepares contracts and letters of agreement
- Maintains positive working relationship with the appropriate funders and takes a lead role in all relevant funding site visits
- Prepares reports as required by funders, hospital and other regulatory agencies
- Participates in department and staff meetings as required.
- Works with management and grants staff as needed on all necessary program and fiscal reports relevant to the program
- Assists with other functions and responsibilities as required by management staff
- Organize and staff agency booths and tables at local community events such as fairs, community days, open houses, etc.

- Master's degree in Education, Social Work, Public Relations, Sociology, Psychology, Women's Studies or related field required..
- 2-4 years related experience
