Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Office Assistant, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.
Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.

- Assist in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues for the ministry
- Coordinate general laboratory front office activities including but not limited to; accreditation standards, contract management files, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations of task, and other related duties.
- Assist Laboratory Director, managers, and supervisor to ensure appropriate staffing coverage at all times.
- Assist the Laboratory with the new hire or reoccurring training processes.
- Maintain Employee Competency Based Orientation records.
- Assist the Laboratory Managers and Supervisor to facilitate training of new hires and other training initiatives.
