The RN Navigator serves as the primary point of contact and is responsible for coordinating the care and services of the identified patient populations across the continuum of care. The incumbent promotes effective resource utilization and assumes a leadership role with the multidisciplinary team to identify and eliminate barriers to care in order to achieve an optimal clinical outcome for the patient and their caregivers.
Job Requirements

- BSN required
- Three years of experience required, with one year in specialty (Oncology).
- Strong psychosocial assessment and clinical skills
- License/Certifications Requirements
- RN license
- BLS through the American Heart Association
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
This is a full-time day RN Navigator role for our Oncology department. We are interested in candidates' experience in oncology.

Penrose - St. Francis Health Services is a full-service, 522-bed acute care provider in Colorado Springs comprised of Penrose Hospital and St. Francis Medical Center. It also serves as southern Colorado’s home base for the Flight For Life® Colorado air medical helicopter service.
