Responsibilities
As a Compliance Analyst, you will maintain, monitor and report data from the Company's Safety systems
- Monitor Safety systems for critical and time sensitive information
- Manage the flow of confidential information with discretion
- Report data in an efficient and timely manner
- Maintain current and accurate information
- Report and assist in resolution of system issues in an efficient and timely manner
- Understand and stay current with DOT HOS regulations
- Manage document retention in compliance with DOT regulations
- Continuously improve processes
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft office with focus in Excel
- Knowledge of DOT HOS regulations helpful but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented; strong organizational and project management skills
- Track record of consistently producing accurate and high-quality work
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities with compressed timelines in a fast-paced environment
