Role Overview
Sodexo has a wonderful job opportunity for a Registered Dietitian to work a traveling Clinical Nutrition Manager position that covers the Midwest Region for 12 states from as far west as Montana to as far east as Ohio. This role will provide leadership in all aspects of management meeting the needs of varying units and implementing Sodexo's Core Values. This position will also provide direct patient care as needed. What You Bring
- Provide guidance and expertise to onsite dietitians and other employees ensuring compliance and excellence in service delivery
- Possess the ability to creatively problem solve, work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions while working within a self-directed work environment
- Lead clinical teams in collaboration on quality improvement projects and regulatory compliance activities
- Registered Dietitian with preferred experience in healthcare.
- Able to obtain licensure or certification as needed in states within the assigned region.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Work schedules vary based on the specific needs of the location; however, Clinical ROSIs should be willing to perform 10 consecutive scheduled days of work, followed by 4 scheduled days of rest.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
Minimum Management Experience: At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
Minimum Functional Experience: 3 years as experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners
