Sodexo is seeking an entry-level Inpatient Clinical Nutrition Manager for Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Desert Canyon in Las Vegas, Nevada. This facility is committed to providing high-quality rehabilitation and services to its patients. Specialties include Stroke Rehabilitation, Neurological Conditions, Spinal Cord Injury, and Orthopedic Conditions.

What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and direction for the nutrition care program for the rehabilitation patients and as the nutrition authority for the organization
- Assist with managing the delivery of the contractual agreement with the client
- Manage the clinical and assigned patient services staff in the provision of general nutrition care and patient foodservice programs
- Implement and maintain professional and business practices to assure regulatory compliance

- Have Registered Dietitian credentials with management and acute care clinical experience;
- have pediatric experience - a plus;

Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
