Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time Clinical Nutrition Manager position at Covenant Living of Turlock a 51-bed skilled nursing facility in Turlock, CA ~ located in California's beautiful Central Valley near Yosemite National Park between Sacramento and Fresno. This position is 40% direct patient care and 60% clinical and food service management.

What You'll Do
- provide compassionate care to skilled nursing and/or rehab residents;
- consistently meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;
- serve as an active member of the interdisciplinary team, working closely with nursing & medical staff and attending care conferences as assigned;
- perform quality improvement initiatives such as test trays, food service audits, and meal rounds;
- oversee 12 FTE'S;
- provide support to assisted living as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian
