Position Summary
What is a Part-time Operations position?
This is an entry-level position. Upon being hired, team members will learn to read floorplans. Team members responsibilities will included setting and breaking down events as well and cleaning before, after, and during events. This position requires physical work. Some of their duties included but are not limited to, setting chairs, lifting tables, setting staging, setting dance floor, carpet, and electricity.
What are the hours?
Since each event has different access times, shift times may vary. Please note your availability on your application so that we can review your availability and see if it will be a good fit. If hired, we will schedule you based on the availability you provide.
Part-time employees can earn between 1-20 hours a week. We operate every day of the week. We do not provide overnight shifts. However, we may need staff early mornings or late nights at times.

Responsibilities
- Must be professional, come to work on time and in uniform, and well groomed
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work
- Participate in all aspects of the conversion process for events.
- Setting up and tearing down flooring, chairs, barricades, staging, tables, other furnishings, and equipment.
- Detail cleaning
- Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Meet the physical demands of this job, which include being able to get in and around the facility (requires personal mobility), bending, lifting, carrying, moving, climbing, working from various heights, and moderate to loud noises.
- Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form.
- Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Work at a fast pace and effectively under pressure and on a stringent schedule to produce accurate results.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with clients, other employees, and patrons encountered in the course of employment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, or other light power-driven equipment. Training and certification provided.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the following: event set-up, cleaning, landscaping, maintenance, manual labor, electric, plumbing, roofing, painting and/or related field- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
