We are seeking a dedicated Workers' Compensation Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in our Human Resources and Employee Health & Safety (EHS) efforts.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate closely with HR to coordinate pre-hire screenings for all employees, contracted personnel, volunteers, and students. Prepare comprehensive new hire files, ensuring all required tests and documents are accurately collected and recorded. Conduct drug screenings efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain all EHS and Workers' Compensation records with meticulous accuracy and promptly, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Proactively contact employees on Workers' Compensation Leave of Absence (LOA) as a key part of our Transitional Work Program. Monitor and track their progress with bi-weekly follow-ups.
- Serve as a central point of contact to coordinate Transitional Work Assignments. This involves effective communication and collaboration with physicians, managers/supervisors, the employee, and the accepting Transitional Work Program department manager.
- High School / GED required.
- Two (2) years of recent experience in Worker's Compensation in Health Care required.
- Fire Safety, within 90 Days of hire date required.
