Job Summary and Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Incumbent coordinates and implements all activities of the spiritual services program and the delivery of spiritual services to patients/families. Incumbent acts as liaison with the hospital chaplaincy department and community clergy. This position requires reliable transportation.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum one year hospice experience, or a combination of hospice and other related experience required
- BLS CPR Certification is required (Must be through the American Heart Association)
- State Drivers License is required
- Valid Auto insurance is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification by an accredited certifying body such as NACC or ACP is preferred
