What You'll Be Doing
The Full-Time Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing professional nursing care to assigned terminally ill patients in a hospice environment. Records patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Performs examinations and prescribed procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary. Observes patients' condition and records observations in patient medical records. Mon-Fri 5-8 hour shifts.

What We're Looking For
- Master of Science in Nursing required.
- Valid NJ RN License required
- ACHPN certification is required
- ACLS and BLS from AHA (required)
- CCRN certification preferred
- At least 1 year Palliative Care Experience required
- 2-4 years of relevant experience (preferred)
