Job Summary
The Clinical Specialist is a critical support role responsible for ensuring clinical excellence and compliance within American House communities. This position will provide temporary coverage for vacant Wellness Director positions, assist with addressing clinical challenges, and ensure that care policies are implemented and followed. The role is essential to maintaining high standards of resident care and compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover vacant community-based Wellness Director positions, ensuring uninterrupted clinical leadership.
- Implement and enforce care policies to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational procedures.
- Address and meet resident care needs, enhancing overall care satisfaction.
- Support community care staff and provide follow-up care with residents and families to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Serve as a clinical resource across the American House portfolio, particularly for newly acquired or clinically challenged communities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in primary state of residence.
