As our Maternal Child Health Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS), you are an advanced practice registered nurse specializing in women's health. You will strategically enhance patient and family satisfaction while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Every day, you will include assessing patient/family needs, collaboratively planning and evaluating nursing care, and implementing coordinated care programs. An expert practitioner, you will optimize nursing practice through direct care delivery, staff development, consultation, and research.

The Maternal Child Health Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is a registered nurse with advanced knowledge and clinical expertise in women's health nursing. This individual is responsible for a variety of tasks that lead to a high level of patient and family satisfaction in the most cost-effective manner. The CNS assesses the needs of patients and their families within Women's Health, assists in the planning, execution, and evaluation of nursing care, and ensures the implementation of coordinated and effective care programs. This person is an expert practitioner whose goal is to realize optimum quality nursing practice through direct patient care, clinical staff development, consultation, and research.

- Masters Of Science Nursing, upon hire and
- Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire
- BLS, ACLS & PALS upon hire
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program, upon hire and
- Advanced Practice CNS (APRN CNS)
Preferred
- Two (2) years of successful experience in Labor & Delivery nursing; theoretical and practical expertise in nursing education
