Join our team as a Supervisor Clinic Practice. In the Supervisor Clinic Practice role you will:
- Provide leadership in daily operations of the practice.
- Responsible for administration of business, financial and clinical functions of the practice.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of physician and community relations to further the delivery our services within the community.
- Practice personal accountability and leads staff to be personally accountable for achieving set goals and objectives as well as mission and core values.
- Assume daily responsibility for the overall operations of the clinic and community initiatives so that quality patient care is delivered in the most cost effective manner while enhancing the quality and safety of care delivery.
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- 2 years of experience working in a physician practice
- 1 year supervisory experience strongly preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor degree preferred
Physical Requirements-Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
