Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a Hybrid Clinical Nutrition Manager position at UNC Rockingham Hospital, a 105-bed hospital with an attached 121-bed long term care facility in Eden, NC. UNC Rockingham Hospital is centrally located only a short driving distance away from the family friendly cities of Greensboro, NC and Danville, VA. You can have the best of both worlds - mountains in the fall and the beaches in the summer! This is a great opportunity for a new dietitian that has a strong interest in management as well as an experienced Dietitian!

What You'll Do
- provide day-to-day management of the clinical nutrition program;
- train, mentor and supervise one dietitian;
- support ongoing Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects;
- provide training and education to department staff and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals;
- collaborate with the food service operations team regarding meal provision and menu management;
- precept nutrition students and dietetic interns; and
- ensure regulatory and company standards are being upheld.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
