Are you an experienced clinician with a passion for leadership and a commitment to supporting youth and families? Our Home-Based Services program is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor a team delivering critical mental health services to youth and families across diverse communities.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to In-Home Therapists, Therapeutic Mentors, and Family Partners.
- Review documentation, oversee treatment planning, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
- Lead case reviews and clinical meetings to foster a culture of quality and collaboration.
- Support onboarding, staff development, and performance feedback.
- Maintain communication with leadership regarding caseloads, staffing needs, and program delivery.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
- Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) in Massachusetts.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with youth and families.
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.
- Bilingual preferred.
