Responsibilities
Under minimal direction and supervision, the Senior Application Analyst (HRIS) will oversee the design, development, testing, training, and support of Infor Lawson HR modules (GHR, TA, PM, ES, and MS). This role requires independent judgment and discretion in maintaining and enhancing the system while providing day-to-day support. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to identify and address system issues, implement upgrades, and provide technical support and training to end-users. Additionally, the Analysts are tasked with generating and maintaining reports, configuring system modules to meet the organization's needs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The Analyst performs complex design and analysis tasks related to the hospital business operations. The Analyst will also act as a mentor to other members of the team. The Analyst will be primarily functional.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $90,126.40.00 to $168,708.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
