Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Application Deployment Specialist to lead the deployment of our Point of Purchase Enterprise Systems (currently Infor & Everyday) and other consumer-facing technologies across multiple segments.
This is a remote role with approximately 40-60% travel, so candidates should reside near a major airport.
You will serve as a Project Leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for deployment processes, post-deployment support, and related tasks, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing functionality.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage assigned deployment projects, including full application rollouts and supporting initiatives.
- Oversee, monitor, and complete administrative and project-oriented tasks for multiple platforms.
- Build and maintain deployment workstreams, ensuring timely updates and stakeholder communication.
- Collect and manage data for database creation (locations, assets, contacts).
- Perform quality assurance and testing to ensure system integrity.
- Provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, escalation to third-party vendors, and active listening to resolve issues.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption of technologies.

What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years in application deployment or related project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with POS systems (Infor POS preferred); basic networking terminology.
- Project Management: Strong time management and organizational skills; knowledge of project management frameworks (CAPM/PMP certification preferred).
- Tools & Platforms: Experience with Smartsheet (preferred) and SoUnified (helpful).
- Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and document updates for stakeholders.
