Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager 4 for Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Sodexo manages the catering for the entire campus, which caters to a wide variety of events. This senior-level Catering Manager will oversee all catering operations on campus and will be responsible for all innovative event concepts, partnerships, and will oversee all aspects of our catering program. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. - Review all catering event orders and weekly catering sheets to ensure accuracy.
- Organize events, ensure on-time setup, and ensure employees offer consistently superior service.
- Conduct constant event walk-throughs to evaluate and meet service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing training on proper service techniques, customer service, and organization.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure organizational efficiency and continuous safety training

- 3 - 4 years experience Catering, Event or Banquet supervision managing multiple events per day.
