What You'll Do
- use your innovation, creativity and skill to develop menus for all dining experiences;
- apply your strong food production and hands-on cooking skills, especially display cooking (able to do demos);
- oversee inventory, ordering and budget adherence; and
- mentor and lead our culinary team in a supportive and customer-focus environment.
