Position Summary
Under the leadership of the department manager, this role will assist in the day-to-day operations of the IT department. Additionally, this IT Assistant role will assist in projects and help maintain hardware, software, and building infrastructure.
This role pays an hourly rate of $19.50-$23.00

Responsibilities
Assist the IT manager with the following:
- Maintain digital signage and program signage assigned to IT
- Deploy and maintain all computers (updates, warranty, decommissioning, inventory, etc.)
- Deploy and maintain wireless (networks, Apps, security, devices, etc.)
- Set wired lines and Wi-Fi networks for shows
- Maintain Ticketmaster equipment
- Deployment of security cameras and maintenance of system
- Software administration for licenses and accounts (Microsoft 365, CAD, Adobe, etc.)
- Network switch management
- Maintain active directory/phone system
- Continual system updates and maintenance
- Management of cybersecurity systems and continual research to ensure system security
- On call and on-site support for events
- IT support for all venues
- Interdepartmental coordination for event setup scheduling and projects involving IT
Qualifications
- Some experience in the IT field
- Degree in IT related field
- Ability to work long hours, weekends and nights
- Available to be on-call
Physical Requirements:
- Requires a full range of body motions including vision and hearing in a normal range.
- Frequently works under stressful working conditions, irregular hours and tight time deadlines.
- May periodically climb to elevated locations in the building complex.
- Job requires the following physical movements and functions: standing, walking, lifting, carrying, repetitive stooping, bending, climbing, routinely lifting 15 to 50 lbs., occasionally more
