Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating comprehensive care for assigned patients, ensuring the delivery of individualized and age-appropriate care. This role requires assessing patient status, interpreting clinical data, and addressing unique care requirements in alignment with established policies and procedures.

- Coordinate total patient care, delivering individualized care based on patient needs.
- Assess and interpret data reflective of patient status to provide age-specific, evidence-based care.
- Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan.

Job Requirements
- One year RN experience in an acute care Maternal Child setting required.*Position is not currently able to support training RN's without 1 year of L&D Experience.
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support- within first six months of employment into the position.
- Neonatal Resuscitation- within first six months of employment into the position.
- Basic Arrhythmia- within first six months of employment
- Basic Fetal Monitoring within first six months of employment.
