- Observes, collects and records data related to patient’s biophysical, psychosocial, environmental and self-care ability.
- Analyzes assessment findings and test results to provide the basis for planning timely and effective nursing interventions.
- Implements an age-appropriate plan of care.
- Documents and utilizes patient data to measure progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and patient goals.
- Documents the care given in a complete and timely manner.
Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am
Core Schedule: Week 1 Thu, Fri, Sat; Week 2 Sun, Tue, Wed

Job Requirements
Required
- Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS
- ACLS within 90 days
- PALS within 6 months
- ENPC within 6 months
- TNCC within 12 months
- One year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
