Responsibilities
- Collaborate with specialty marketing leaders to align priorities, projects, and plans
- Develop marketing strategies throughout product lifecycle aligned with business goals, brand strategy, and brand perception improvement
- Engage with customers and SMEs to understand market needs and inform marketing strategies
- Utilize customer personas and buyer journeys to shape marketing strategies and plans
- Create go-to-market strategies in partnership with product management, sales, and global functions
- Develop compelling value propositions, claims, and messaging consistent with brand guidelines
- Manage large, complex marketing initiatives involving cross-functional teams
- Set objectives for campaigns, channels, and events, including customer meetings and conferences
- Lead the execution of product launches and post-market initiatives
- Review and approve campaign tactics and marketing materials, ensuring compliance with advertising and promotional standards
- Provide measurable input to marketing processes, systems, and operational plans

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in product marketing or product management
- Proven success in developing marketing strategies throughout product lifecycle that drive business results
- Experience in product development, product launches, events management
- Familiar with medical industry regulations in major global markets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational skills
- Resourceful, ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives
- Great team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% in a year
- Experience in Urology preferred
