Job Summary and Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental status and safety evaluations.
- Facilitate psycho-educational groups and community meetings.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care, optimizing patient outcomes.
- Provide trauma-informed care and respond to emergency situations.
- Record observations, behaviors, and interventions.
Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am
Core Schedule: Week 1 Wed, Sat; Week 2 Sun, Mon

Job Requirements
Required
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS within 30 days
- First Aid within 30 days
- Food Handler Permit within 30 days
- Oregon Driver's License (with a clean driving record)
