Responsibilities
WHAT YOU DO
As the Guest Experience Liaison, you welcome every guest to the hotel with a smile, and as an ambassador of the hotel, you make sure they are taken care of with a sense of urgency. Arranging transportation, delivering on requests, making reservations and maintaining an inviting presence are what you do best. Upon arrival, you provide a detailed orientation of the hotel including hotel artwork, outlets, amenities, and guest room. You are the personal liaison between the guest and the hotel to ensure that all guest’s expectations are met and exceeded such as restaurant reservations, laundry, shoeshine etc. You assist the concierge in handling mail and facsimiles and providing guests with information regarding hotel facilities and local attractions. Holding conversations and building lasting connections are all part of your day to day.

You have worked in a luxury hotel as a concierge, bellperson or doorperson previously.
