To ensure all food is served according to specifications and Omni Standards
Responsibilities
- Being able to proper Communicate with the Kitchen MOD to learn daily work tasks and duties.
- Ability to Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within the allotted time frame.
- Culinary skilled and knowledgeable of basic kitchen set up, pars and recipe following, including Banquets Kitchen production.
- Understanding of plate presentations and preparations of seasonal
- Ensure a clear communication with all line cooks daily for proper pars and production requirements when needed in specific workstations.
- Prepare and assist in all areas of the kitchen including hot line, steam line and restaurant kitchen area when delegated by Chef on duty.
- Show consistency in proper sanitation practices throughout the whole hotel.
- Assure training on how to maintain and protect all hotel equipment.
- Prepare and assist on the Creation and execution of daily specials.
